What's your delivery charge?

Delivery is set at flat rates.
UK mainland - £4.95
Northern Ireland/Scilly Isles/Isle of Man/Scottish Highlands/Isles of Scotland - £14.95
Channel Islands - £29.95

Do you provide a printed brochure?

No. We constantly offer new stock and promotional offers, so printing a brochure is impractical. And the savings are passed on to you.

How long does delivery take?

For most products, orders placed before midday will be despatched the same day. Delivery will often be next day (Monday to Friday) for the UK mainland, but can take longer. Add 2 or 3 days if the destination is not mainland UK. Exceptions will have details in the product description.

When do you deliver?

Monday to Friday, during business hours. Usually by Fedex but sometimes by Royal Mail or company vehicles.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

Yes, providing it's in the same condition as you received it. Please be aware that no delivery or return costs can be reimbursed and returns have to be authorised first. Returns requests can be made online by logging into your account. If you want a replacement item, you'll need to place a new order online.

What happens if I receive damaged goods, can I return them?

Yes! but all damages must be reported upon delivery. If the goods cannot be inspected on delivery, you must sign for as 'UNCHECKED'. Please email us immediately to report any damages. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. You are entitled to exchange or full refund but if you have not signed for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' no refund will be given.
